To reduce set-up time, all ASI equipment is assembled and performance tested prior to delivery. You as a customer will have the opportunity to witness the equipment perform before it leaves our plant. In-house testing is done as closely as possible to your actual production requirements.
Setters / Setting Machines
Auto Setters from ASI are designed to meet your specific requirements; not a pre-designed machine that may be more than what you actually require. Our existing designs allow you choices of wire bank cutter options, texturizers, slug cutters, custom feed up conveyors and waster conveyors, facers, stacking and flat setting.
We offer Robotic Setters, Air Bag Setters, as well as systems for hand set lines.

Dehackers (Unloaders)
The ASI Automatic Unloader and Packaging System consists of a series of modular sub-systems which can be arranged to fit your existing or new plant layout. After reviewing your plant layout and operations, ASI engineers can recommend the appropriate installation to minimize “fired brick” production waster, reducing your operating costs. Best of all, ASI dehackers are “all electric”, so no messy hydraulics, leaks, and speed issues that are normally associated with hydraulic fluid.
At ASI, we custom-build our equipment to meet your specific production requirements, utilizing the best materials and the latest technologies available. The ASI system offers a practical approach to unloading, blending, inspection, and packaging.

Monorails
The ASI Electric Monorail is factory engineered to suit the particular requirements of your new or existing plant. Our Electric Monorail is one of the industries’ first electric monorails to employ electric indexing, electric strap station pusher, electric 90 degree pusher, and electric cam-out rail; eliminating the need for hydraulic systems. Stacking jigs are equipped with blending, board, paper, and reject shelves, and are configured to meet your particular needs. ASI designs the Monorail’s indexing system to suit your specific unloading and track requirements. Both manual and automatic strapping stations are available as well as cross strappers, label applicators, and shrink wrap options. Other options include tilted jigs, jigs lined with abrasion resistant steel, low noise backplates, and many other features.
