Almost every system design is a result of a customer who needs to automate one or several manual functions within an existing system. These functions can include everything from material handling and palletizing to automated processing.

Machine Loading/Unloading

ASI systems are capable of loading or unloading a wide range of parts. Our systems are customized to transfer parts & components to and out from machine tools & other machinery, or to move various pieces through any number of processes.

Modular Robotic Systems

Modular robotic systems have become a specialty at ASI. Our broad range of robots are being used in a wide variety of applications.

While there are many standard modules, there is no such thing as a standard robot. As with all ASI products, your input is critical to the success of the project. By listening, we can configure a versatile robotic system from proven standard modules that is easy to operate, reliable and built to last for years.
