Custom equipment built by ASI is electrically and mechanically designed at our only facility in Knoxville, Arkansas. Should you need technical support, in most cases, you will be able to speak directly to the mechanical or electrical engineer responsible for the design of your equipment. Many times, problems can be handled by phone but should you need a technician to visit your facility to work with you directly, we can dispatch a field service person to help you. Operator and maintenance training is an integral part of our installation services, but should you need additional training, ASI stands ready to provide that service.
